RBL Bank allots 11,300 equity shares under ESOP As on : 13-Dec-24  11:09

RBL Bank has allotted 11,300 equity shares under ESOP on 12 December 2024.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,77,56,894 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,75,68,940 to 60,77,68,194 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 607,76,81,940.
